Courtyard by Marriott Everett
Colby Avenue & Wall Street, Everett, WA

This 8-story hotel being constructed by Touchstone Development includes 156 rooms, underground parking, and street-level retail. Formerly on the site was a parking lot previously owned by the City of Everett, and currently owned by Touchstone after a swap with Everett in exchange for city parking space rights in the new hotel.

The hotel was first proposed in 2007, and had 14 construction start extensions since the project was approved by the city in 2008. The last extension lasted until October 31, 2014. In November 2014, a boulder was found during excavation, and was later reburied under the planned underground parking.
