While taking photos in Seattle’s University District, I decided to take photos of the Canada Geese commonly found year-round in the region. Typically they are seen surrounded by their own droppings and eating grass. This photo set shows Canada Geese surrounded by their own droppings and eating grass.
The first several photos were taken on Rainier Vista NE, on the University of Washington Seattle campus:
The next two photos show geese in Drumheller Fountain, on Rainier Vista NE:
The next several photos show geese in front of Guggenheim Hall, east of Drumheller Fountain on Benton Lane NE:
The walkways in front of Guggenheim Hall are occasionally covered with goose droppings when the geese are grazing.
I promised photos of Canada Geese surrounded by their own droppings and eating grass, and I wasn’t lying.
Photos taken on November 27, 2013.
