Lynnwood Development Photos: December 2013 Part 4

Urban Center Apartments, Lynnwood, WA

The following photos are of two different project sites in the North Lynnwood Census-Designated Place, an area north of Lynnwood and inside Lynnwood’s urban growth area. All photos were taken on December 17, 2013. The projects shown here are:

  • Urban Center Apartments
  • Tivalli/Oak Heights Urban Center

 

Urban Center Apartments
15907 Ash Way, Lynnwood, WA

Directly north of Ash Way Park & Ride, this apartment project includes 395 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The project was partially financed by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The site’s address number was changed from 16001 to 15907.

Looking southwest, a Route 512 bus leaves the park & ride and travels toward Everett.

Immediately north of the apartment complex is the under-construction Tivalli/Oak Heights Urban Center, seen to the left:

The bare concrete parking base better be painted, and/or some trees & shrubs planted along the concrete walls.

Looking north from 164th St SW, many of the units face Interstate 5.

A Route 512 bus travels toward Seattle.

Tivalli/Oak Heights Urban Center
15707 Ash Way, Lynnwood, WA

This apartment project is named “Tivalli” on the website of developer Goodman Real Estate, and was formerly named “Ash Way Apartments” on the same website. The project is named “Tivalli” on an Everett Herald article, and named “Oak Heights Urban Center” on the project site sign and a rendering video. The 383-unit development is directly north of the Urban Center Apartments.

The under-construction Urban Center Apartments is visible to the right.

Just inside this building, bathtub fixtures are stored for installation.
