AMLI South Lake Union
1260 Republican St
This is an apartment building project located across the street from AMLI 535 (535 Pontius Ave N), another apartment building owned by AMLI.

1280 Harrison St
Stack House Apartments is a mixed-use project which includes the old Supply Laundry Building as office and restaurant space and new residential buildings.

Denny Way & Pontius Ave N/Minor Ave N
This is an electrical substation project being built on the site of the former Greyhound Bus garage. There are related proposals to have a building or buildings built above the substation.

Cascade I

From the design guidance: “The applicant proposes a 7-story mixed-use development consisting of approximately 264 residential units, 5,000 sf of commercial use, and parking for approximately 260 vehicles in new construction. The project may also include live-work units.”

This is a planned office and retail building with 13 floors, including 320,000 square feet of office space, 17,000 square feet of retail, and 5 floors of parking. Currently, the site contains an empty warehouse.

1167 Republican St
This apartment building has likely been completed for several years, and it’s featured here due to its stucco-like exterior and smallish windows, which doesn’t look good. I can’t find any other information about the building.
