Swedish Edmonds Expansion
21601 76th Ave W, Edmonds, WA
This project includes building a 2-story 77,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing 1964 hospital. The addition includes a new emergency department, an urgent care center, an outpatient diagnostic imaging center, a 7,600 sq. ft. lobby, and 37,000 sq. ft. for future use. A 3-story parking garage was previously completed as part of the expansion.

Salish Crossing
190 Sunset Avenue S, Edmonds, WA
This project includes renovating a 20,000 sq. ft. building into 10,000 sq. ft of multi-tenant retail space at the south end, and a 10,000 sq. ft. fine art museum at the north end. The building was originally built for Safeway with a midcentury-modern Marina-style design. The south space previously held the Waterfront Antique Mall.

100 Block 2nd Avenue North
Edmonds, WA
This project by Edmonds 2020 LLC includes a new 4-story building with 43 apartments, 57 underground parking spaces, and the Edmonds Post Office at the ground floor. The site is located at the southeast corner of Bell Street and Second Avenue N. The building is planned to be completed in late 2015.
Located next to the site is the current post office building at 201 Main Street, which would be redeveloped by the developer at a later date. The new apartment building is on the site of the current post office parking lot.
