This project includes buliding 31 single-family houses and open space on 4.35 acres. This project is by Sundquist Homes, and is being built on open space on the City Church Mountlake Terrace site.

Vineyard Park at Mountlake Terrace

This completed project is a 4-story 104-unit retirement and assisted-living facility, with 8,241 square feet of potential commercial space, and 38 surface and garage parking spots.

Mountlake Senior Living Apartments
