Area-wise, the 1st & 2nd projects are in Southeast Everett, the 3rd & 4th projects are in South Everett, and the rest are in & around Downtown Everett. The photo gallery can be found here.

 

Silver Lake Vue
11200 Block 19th Avenue SE, Everett, WA

This 12-acre project by Taylor Development includes 100 3-story townhomes. Public amenities related to the project include financing for a section of trail next to Silver Lake, a viewing area of the lake on the site, and an easement on the property for pedestrian access to the adjacent Safeway.

A previous site proposal was Silver Lake Center, which included two 8-story buildings 110 feet tall with 185 residential units, 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, and two underground parking floors. The adjacent Safeway was planned to be moved slightly north.

Northlake Court Townhomes
10600 Block 16th Avenue SE, Everett, WA

Northlake Court is a townhouse development by Pacific Ridge Homes, with 56 homes in 11 buildings. Located immediately south of the Everett Costco, the site was previously a wooded lot.

The Reserve at Everett
8920 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA

This affordable housing project under construction by Canddle Development includes 180 senior apartments, with studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. 40% of the units are restricted to households with up to 60% of the area median income based on household size. The parking ratio is .75 spaces per unit, a reduction from the standard 1 space per unit.

Walmart – Cascade View
1605 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett, WA

Located in Everett’s Cascade View neighborhood, this completed project included converting a retail building north of Everett Mall to a 90,000 sq. ft. Walmart. The building was formerly a Top Food and Drug, which closed in 2010. Walmart opened on September 10, 2014.

3515 Hoyt Avenue
Everett, WA

This project by Trimark Property Group involves converting a former nursing home into an 85-unit senior apartment building. The nursing home first opened in 1964 as Merricrest, and later became Virginia Manor in 1972 after a transfer of ownership. It was closed due to bankruptcy in 1996 and remained vacant until Trimark bought the property in 2011.

Hampton Inn by Hilton Everett
2931 W Marine View Drive, Everett, WA

This completed 122-unit hotel is the first component of the related Potala Farmers’ Market project, located directly east. The project began construction in late 2012 replacing a small commercial building, and the hotel opened on July 30, 2014.

Potala Market Place
2920 Grand Avenue, Everett, WA

This 6-story building under construction includes about 47,000 sq. ft. of indoor farmers’ market space, 220 apartments, and two underground floors with 229 resident and 86 public parking spaces. Related to this project is a Hampton Inn by Hilton project, located directly west. Formerly known as Pagoda Village and Potala Farmers’ Market, the project replaced several small commercial buildings and is planned to open in 2015.

Skotdal Apartment Project
2901 Rucker Avenue, Everett, WA

This 7-story building under construction by Skotdal Real Estate includes 102 apartments. Previously on the site was a Hertz rental car lot, which has relocated across Rucker Avenue.

Courtyard by Marriott Everett
Colby Avenue & Wall Street, Everett, WA

This 8-story hotel being constructed by Touchstone Development includes 156 rooms, underground parking, and street-level retail. Formerly on the site was a parking lot previously owned by the City of Everett, and currently owned by Touchstone after a swap with Everett in exchange for city parking space rights in the new hotel.

The hotel was first proposed in 2007, and had 14 construction start extensions since the project was approved by the city in 2008. The last extension lasted until October 31, 2014.
