Vineyard Park at Mountlake Terrace
23008 56th Avenue W, Mountlake Terrace, WA

This project is a 4-story 104-unit retirement and assisted-living facility, with 8,241 square feet of potential commercial space, and 38 surface and garage parking spots. The building is planned to open in Fall 2014.

Mountlake Townhomes
23408 & 23410 55th Avenue W, Mountlake Terrace, WA

Located one street east of 56th Ave W, designated as the “main street” by the city, this project by Premiere Properties includes 12 townhomes.

Cedar Cottages
24226 52nd Avenue W, Mountlake Terrace, WA

This .83 acre project includes 9 cottage houses, 2 5-car garage buildings, and 1 carriage house above one of the garage buildings. The site previously had a house.

Brook Glen
23811 Cedar Way, Mountlake Terrace, WA

This project includes 14 townhomes in 6(?) buildings. The townhomes were first planned in 1998, with construction recently occurring. This project has townhomes with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This project is now completed.

The address used here is the address used by the city for the project. To the west is Lyon Creek, which begins in wetlands in southern Snohomish County and travels south to Lake Forest Park, where it empties into Lake Washington.

Terrace Heights Apartments
21515 48th Avenue W, Mountlake Terrace, WA

This project includes adding a 4-story 16-unit apartment building with parking to an existing 18-building 144-unit apartment complex built in 1990. The building replaced what the city described as a “caretaker” home. This project is now completed.

The new building construction was managed by Blue Water Design Build LLC. The new building has a different design than the other buildings in the apartment complex, and has an additional floor.
