Mukilteo Development Photos: October 2013 Part 2

Speedway Mixed Use
Lynnwood, WA

The following photos were taken in the Picnic Point CDP and the former Paine Field-Lake Stickney CDP. In 2010, the renamed Lake Stickney CDP was shrunk and no longer covers the Paine Field, Fairmount, Mariner, and Emander areas. The uncovered areas are currently not part of a CDP, so those areas are labeled under the old CDP name on this website. The Picnic Point CDP and Fairmount are proposed to be annexed by Mukilteo. All photos were taken on October 27, 2013. The projects shown here are:

  • 3419/3427 132nd St SW (Picnic Point CDP)
  • Begis Business Park (Fairmount)
  • Speedway Mixed Use (Fairmount)

3419/3427 132nd St SW
Lynnwood, WA

This empty lot is slated to be a warehouse or other light industrial. 3419 formerly was a house, and 3427 formerly was a house with shed.

Some landscaping has been done on the edges of the lot.

The rainwater retention pond is the only completed portion of the lot.

This empty lot is proposed to have 2 industrial storage/warehouse buildings. Formerly planned for this site was a 4-story 30,000 s.f. office building known as Gateway Center.

Located in front of the site is a bus pullout constructed when Mukilteo Speedway was widened in the early 2000s. Two bus routes run on this section of road, but there never was a bus stop here. The bus routes do have stops to the north and south.

Across the street is another never-used bus pullout.
